Spinal adjustment
Precise, gentle adjustments for lower and mid-back stiffness, paced to what feels comfortable for you.
We start by listening to how you move, then use precise, unhurried adjustments and simple home habits to help your back and neck feel like yours again.
A relaxed conversation, a movement assessment and a clear plan before any adjustment begins.
Every body carries its week differently: long commutes, desk hours, weekend runs, little ones on your hip. We look at the whole picture before we treat a single joint.
Adjustments are gentle and explained as we go, and each visit ends with a small, realistic habit to keep the progress going between appointments.
“Assess first, adjust with care, and leave you with something you can use tomorrow morning.”

Most people describe it as a gentle stretch or release. You may hear a small pop, which is simply gas shifting in the joint. We always check in and can use low-force techniques if you prefer.
Comfortable clothes you can move in, such as leggings, joggers or a loose top. Please avoid belts and stiff denim so the assessment is easier for you.
It depends on your goals and how your body responds. After your assessment we will suggest a plan and review it together as you progress. There is never pressure to book ahead.
No referral is needed to book. If you have recent scans or notes from another practitioner, feel free to bring them along.
Tell us a little about what brings you in. We will reply by email to confirm a time.
